Power Giob per Consorzio InterUniversitario indice una selezione per l’assunzione di **2 **risorse con il ruolo di:
**PROJECT MANAGER**

La risorsa inserita si occuperà di:

- Supervisionare tutte le fasi del progetto (inizio, pianificazione, esecuzione, controllo, chiusura);
- Coordinare personale interno ed esterno per l'esecuzione dei progetti, gestendo le comunicazioni verso il team, verso gli stakeholders e verso soggetti terzi ( clienti, fornitori);
- Misurare le prestazioni del progetto utilizzando sistemi, indicatori, strumenti e tecniche appropriati;
- Analizzare i rischi del progetto e proporre soluzioni per i problemi riscontrati;
- Gestire il piano di progetto e i SAL intermedi; creare il risk plan e relativo piano di mitigazione ed analizzare actual costs e reforecast.

**HARD SKILLS**:

- Laurea Triennale e/o Specialistica
- Esperienza di almeno 3 anni come PM o in ruolo analogo
- Capacità ed esperienze nella gestione dei team di lavoro allocati sui progetti, di pianificazione e monitoraggio delle attività e del piano finanziario di progetto, analisi e gestione dei rischi
- Capacità ed esperienze in attività di analisi e gestione del bisogno degli stakeholder e analisi dei processi

Inoltre, costituiscono titolo preferenziale i titoli e la conoscenza e/o l’esperienza documentata relativa ai seguenti argomenti:

- Ambito della Pubblica Amministrazione
- Processi nell’ambito del sistema universitario
- Gestione progetti e consulenza presso Università ed Enti di Ricerca
- Certificazioni professionali (PMP®, PRINCE2®,...)

**SOFT SKILLS**:

- Capacità di confronto e dialogo con i diversi livelli/funzioni dell’organizzazione
- Flessibilità e capacità di gestire le attività per processi
- Predisposizione al lavoro di gruppo e alla collaborazione interfunzionale
- Ottime capacità comunicative e di negoziazione
- Capacità di problem solving.

**ORARIO**:L’articolazione dell’orario previsto potrà essere strutturata in funzione delle esigenze aziendali con logiche di flessibilità ed efficienza. Potrà essere richiesta una reperibilità in giorni anche festivi.
