**Job description**:

- With the goal to contribute to ST priorities and Supply Chain transformation, we are looking for a dynamic HR professional, located in Agrate (Milan area), to work closely with our Group HR for Supply Chain organization.
- As part of the Global Group HR team and reporting directly to the Group HR of the organization, your responsibilities will include:

- Provide HR guidance and support to managers in employee engagement, performance management, talent development, and employee relations matters.
- Support HRBL to develop data-driven solutions and strategies for improving employee engagement, retention and performance, relevant and impactful people analytics and insights, including stay/exit interviews, turnover, hiring trends, employee relation patterns, employee surveys, wellbeing, etc.
- Identify HR trends & opportunities, recommend innovative solutions and proactively adjust course as needed.
- Act as the interface between talent acquisition and global mobility teams to provide guidance and ensure delivery of international assignment and/or local moves for employees.
- Co-ordinate with talent acquisition team for recruitment process, offer proposals and onboarding process, ensuring the acquisition of top talent.
- Partner with the talent management team to support organization talent needs, managerial & people development programs deployment and follow-up: people reviews, talent and career management, mobility, succession planning
- Collaborate with leadership & culture team in Coe for fostering a change-ready culture, building capabilities to support on-going business strong growth, connecting all employees to bigger picture, helping leaders in creating a positive employee experience
- Partner with business managers, leader and in consultation with Talent CoE work on delivering managerial capabilities

- Align the Supply Chain Learning offer to the needs of the different organizations inside ST
- In partnership with L&D CoE, define and prioritize relevant learning programs strategy for the full Supply Chain community, including (but not limited to) eLearnings, Training modules with internal Supply Chain experts and/or external vendors, on-the-job training
- Support organizational change initiatives including coordination or/and facilitation on communication plans, training, and change management activities.

**Profile**:

- 5+ years of HR development and/or project management experience
- Practical experience in People development and/or Learning&Training definition and deployment
- Ability to work seamlessly across regional and cultural boundaries in cross functional organization
- Combination of critical thinking and pragmatic execution mindset
- Experience in transformation and change management
- Effective interpersonal skills and positive energy; ability to engage with employees and leaders at all levels
- Demonstrated level of strong business acumen
- High ethical standard, ability to work with sensitive information maintaining a high level of confidentiality
- English fluent
