**Role and Function**:
Reporting to the National Sales Manager Haemophilia (NSM) within the designated Business Unit Area, the Key Account Manager Haemophilia (KAM) is responsible for defining the Account Plan and ensuring its effective implementation. This involves collaborating with the expanded Haemophilia team, including members from Medical, Patient Access, Community Engagement, Marketing, and Supply Chain.

The KAM is accountable for handling scientific information pertaining to SOBI products and executing marketing activities in alignment with SOBI's commercial strategy. Additionally, the KAM, in partnership with the NSM, shares responsibility for achieving the turnover targets of the related business in the specified area.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop products and diseases knowledge of HCP and involve them in dialogue about clinical evidence, approved indications, and product efficacy/safety profiles to support on-label prescribing for appropriate patients
- Together with MSL/MSM, identify scientific educational needs of HCP
- Achieve the objectives defined from the NSM
- Accuracy in monthly forecasting, sales analysis
- Mapping and understanding the needs of account and customer, identify the target of HCP to be involved in territory activities
- Operational implementation of the Account Plan engaging HCP following segmentation and targeting annual plan in cross functional approach
- Support and be an active part of the training and planned development initiatives
- Actively participate in the regular meetings on sales and scientific themes and their key messages. Encourage the exchange of information with colleagues of the BU
- Support the management and preparation of the hospital tender and any other kind of offer in the
area of competence
- Actively collaborate with Patient Access Team and NSM to secure the Regional Market Access of
SOBI haemophilia products
- Identify Market Access needs and Objectives of the assigned territory; built and maintain connection with regional stakeholders
- Act in the role of KAM in accordance to S081Policies, procedures and in compliance with the Italian law
- Develop and maintain knowledge of the market, focus on competitor marketing messages and activities, the epidemiology and the target of the assigned territory
- In deep knowledge of assigned products and related diseases
- Execution of marketing launches of new products
- Propose local activities aimed to develop the market and actively participate implementation of national product strategic plan
- Support and attend local/national organization of Congresses, conferences, scientific events
- Participate, as a collaborator, to the performance evaluation
- Calls and Reid Activities report in the CRM System according to S081requirements

**Qualifications**:

- MSc or PhD within Biology, Medicine, Biotechnology or related. Marketing would be an asset.
- 4+ years of experience within sales in the Pharmaceutical industry
- Experience within the therapeutic area of Haemophilia would be desirable, other areas will be consider too
- Self-starter, positive thinker, excellent social and negotiation skills
- Experience navigating the local health systems and decision-making processes
- Preferred good knowledge of the local haemophilia community
- Fluent in English and Italian
