- Milan or Rome

As experienced **_Program Manager_**, he/she will be engaged on two main activities:

- management of Integration programs with InfoCert subsidiaries;
- management of eventual strategic projects cross companies in the Group Coordinate stakeholders and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects

**Main responsabilities**
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders to guarantee technical feasibility
- Develop detailed program/project plans to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Report and escalate to top management as needed
- Manage the relationship with relevant stakeholders
- Perform risk management
- Create and maintain comprehensive program/project documentation
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
- Monitor the strategic activities identified by the Chief Executive Officer, promoting interactions between the managers concerned and reporting to both the CEO and the Steering Committee on the progress of the work.
- Support the Management in the strategic decisions of the InfoCert Group, in collaboration with the Management Control structure, through an analytical accounting system based on correct management of planning, detection, control and economic-financial reporting and in general of the most relevant company data

**Requisiti**:

- 5-8 years working experience in project / program management, with proficiencies in Developing and Tracking Budgets, Staffing and Planning
- Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
- Detail-Oriented approach
- Risk Management
- Critical Thinking
- Excellent Communication
- Problem Solving
- Advanced English knowledge - Only proficient users will be considered
- Spanish/French knowledge is a plus
