Per primaria realtà multinazionale del settore Automotive, stiamo ricercando un /una:
**PRODUCTION ENGINEERING MANAGER**

La figura, guidando un Team strutturato, avrà le seguenti responsabilità:

- Garantire la gestione degli asset dell'impianto in termini di Sicurezza e efficienza;
- Garantire la regolare manutenzione operativa e preventiva in conformità con le normative vigenti;
- Assicurare e coordinare l’ingegneria di produzione nelle Aree dell'intero stabilimento per i prodotti esistenti e garantire un'introduzione fluida dei nuovi progetti;
- Garantire il supporto al dipartimento Sviluppo Processi per NPI e garantire l'applicazione degli standard aziendali;
- Definire e gestire gli investimenti per la sicurezza, l'ambiente, le strutture, progetti di costruzione e riduzione dei costi,
- Definire e gestire i Capex annuali dell'impianto e definire il budget in accordo con i Responsabili di Area, Responsabile EHS, Quality Manager e Responsabile della Logistica, monitorandone l'andamento;
- Garantire il monitoraggio dei KPI delle diverse Aree Tecnologiche;
- Garantire la conformità del sistema tecnologico (Generale e Stabilimenti Produttivi) con i relativi requisiti legali vigenti;
- Gestire tutti i fornitori che lavorano nello stabilimento per introdurre il processo di miglioramento, modifiche e/o manutenzioni nonché la gestione del magazzino materiale indiretto;
- Gestire i progetti di riduzione della CO2 nello stabilimento;
- Collaborazione con HSE per progetti Ambiente, Sicurezza, Ergonomia e mantenimento dei requisiti legali;
- Gestire e monitorare i progetti di miglioramento continuo dei processi produttivi, garantendone l’efficienza in linea con gli obiettivi assegnati.

Requisiti:

- Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in ruoli analoghi preferibilmente nel settore Automotive;
- Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica o cultura equivalente;
- Solida conoscenza della rete QA, PFMEA, Procedure PCP, WI, PPAP;
- Solida conoscenza di Processi di manutenzione in termini di TPM, AM e PM;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua Inglese;
- Spiccate doti di leadership e comunicazione.
