We are looking for the Administrative and Accounting Manager for the Italian subsidiary of a famous international sporting goods brand.

Reporting directly to the Finance Department based in France, your main tasks will be to produce and supervise the Italian subsidiary’s financial statements, ensure that accounting standards are applied and manage customer risk.

More specifically, your tasks will include:

- general and auxiliary accounting, monthly closing
- taxation (handling VAT and other taxes)
- preparing the annual balance sheet
- processing payments and monitoring cash forecasts
- supervision of customer credit and management of one person
- preparation of variable payroll elements and time management, in collaboration with the Country Manager, the external firm and the central HR Department
- budget monitoring in collaboration with the Country Manager and with the support of the Group Finance Business Partner

With a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance, you will have at least 5 years’ experience in an accountancy firm or company. You have a solid knowledge of Italian accounting, tax and social regulations.

You have a good mastery of ERP accounting, and office automation tools in general.
You have a professional level of English, and a working level of French is a real plus.

Rigour, the ability to work cross-functionally, strong organizational skills, flexibility and good interpersonal skills are the qualities required to succeed in this position.
Occasional travel within France is to be expected.

Position based in Milan.
