We are looking for a Resource Planner for our growing team of skilled professionals in Italy.

How to contribute to our vision

We are looking for a professional who is eager to take on an active role in developing our team and who will be responsible for the tasks listed below.
- Follow-up communication/meetings with Client (operator) by Planner
- Negotiate and close certifications with customer
- Weekly plan communication to customers and financial management
- Search and Propose Cost and/or Resources improvement actions
- Carry out regular site safety checks
- KPIs Management and Preparing monthly reports
- Monitoring of the action plans requested by customer
- Planning of tasks, materials, equipment related to end of contract punch list and New units/Winback punch list
- Design modification planning and material request for the ones not managed from Head Quarters and ensure alignment with rest of activities planned
- Ensure the availability of material, tech capacities, tools, procedures for the work proposed in the weekly planning.
- Implement scheduled and unscheduled corrective maintenance activities based on activity planning - Review and submit Large corrective/specialist reports, etc.
- Planning of Scheduled Activities (preventive maintenance, blade inspections, oil changes, safety, equipment inspections, preventive switchgear, MDs, etc.).
- Handle and check different types of Service orders created within SAP
- Monitoring of technician training plans (external and internal)
