**RINA is currently recruiting for** **MECHANICAL/ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR**

**Location**: Castelvetrano, Sicily

**Starting date**: March 2023
- Reporting to the Owner´s Site Manager, will coordinate all activities related to the mechanical / electrical assembly of the project.
- Verify that the works are performed in a timely manner and complying with the quality and safety requirements of the project.
- Coordinate with rest of the site management team all site activities, control the progress and verify the fulfillment of the construction schedule.
- Coordinate and ensure with engineering / technical office that the Issued For Construction documentation and vendor documentation related installation is available in the official Documentation Management tool called Alfresco and ensure the EPC contractor and its subcontractors have last version and correct documentation.
- Collaborate in the response of each RFI from EPC contractor related mechanical assembly and ensure approved changes are included in the Red Line version of the drawings to be part of the AS BUILT documentation.
- Verify with EPC contractor the availability of materials and equipment for the mechanical / electrical assembly ensuring it´s all available to guarantee the steady and continuous assembly avoiding stop days and further delays.
- Prepare and collaborate in the preparation of the weekly/monthly report.
- Provide information on the progress of the work of his specialty to the site manager / planning
- Open No Conformities if discrepancies with IFC or vendor documentation related assembly and follow up together with Site Quality manager.
- Revise and ensure the fulfillment of all required in the HSSE plan and Owner´s procedures.
- Revise and ensure the fulfillment of all required by Contract or Owner´s procedures related to Environmental obligations together with HSSE and/or Environmental supervisors.

**Requirements**:

- Technical degree.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as site supervisor in the photovoltaic sector
- Knowledge of quality standards and integrated management systems.
- Formation in HSSE
- Knowledge on Document Management Systems, mainly Alfresco, is valuable.
- Person oriented to objectives and continuous improvement with proactivity.
- Fluent English is a must
- Spanish speaker is desirable.
