- Nel piano di rafforzamento e di sviluppo della propria struttura sul mercato italiano ci ha incaricato di ricercare:
**Actuarial Specialist Risk Management**

La risorsa, inserita all’interno della struttura di Risk Management vita e danni, si occuperà di:

- Valutazione periodica del profilo di rischio della compagnia ed analisi degli indicatori di rischi Tecnici e Finanziari (vita e danni);
- Effettuare stress test, valutazioni ORSA, valutazioni Solvency II e IFRS17;
- Presidiare l'adeguatezza dell’implementazione del sistema di gestione dei rischi operativi (rischio modello) e rischi di sottoscrizione della Compagnia, nel rispetto della regolamentazione esistente e delle guidelines di gruppo, e sulle attività legate alla gestione delle governance del Risk e del processo di valutazione dei rischi e della solvibilità (ORSA);
- Garantire la definizione e l'applicazione delle metodologie, degli standard documentali e la corretta applicazione del sistema dei controlli interni;
- Supportare il Responsabile e gli altri colleghi nel presidio di tutte le tipologie di rischi (mercato, credito, etc.);
- Supportare i colleghi nella creazione e diffusione della cultura dei rischi collegati al portafoglio delle coperture assicurative della Compagnia e dei processi legati al continuo monitoraggio e valutazione dei rischi;
- Supportare il Risk Manager nella gestione e aggiornamento delle governance del Risk e nell'applicazione dei controlli di secondo livello

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea specialistica in Scienze Statistiche e Attuariali o affini (l’iscrizione all’Albo degli attuari sarà considerato un plus, ma non costituisce un requisito indispensabile);
- Ottima conoscenza di almeno uno dei principali software di mercato per la proiezione dei cash flow (Prophet, RAFM) e di uno dei principali linguaggi di programmazione (R, Matlab, VBA, Python) costituisce un plus;
- Conoscenza dei prodotti Vita e Previdenza e delle principali normative di riferimento;
- Esperienza di 8 anni all’interno di Compagnie Assicurative, società di consulenza o studi attuariali, dove ha sviluppato competenze ambito life e non life;
- Familiarità con le tematiche/progettualità IFRS17 o Solvency II;
- Abitudine a gestire situazioni complesse con team interfunzionali;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, opzionale del francese
