Spa Therapist

**Your main tasks**:
You will be responsible, under the supervision of the SPA Manager, for the smooth running of all spa-related operations in order to ensure that each of our customers has an unforgettable experience.
- Manage the Spa independently during the Spa Manager's days off.
- Clean the Spa and set up treatment rooms.
- Respond to requests for appointments and optimise the booking schedule.
- Listen to customers and respond to their needs as effectively as possible.
- Carry out treatments in accordance with established protocols and technical sheets.
- Promote, advise on and sell spa products.
- Collect cash from customers and close the daily tills.
- Manage stocks of sales and professional products.
- Contribute to customer loyalty and development.
- Comply with the Spa's health and safety rules.
- Participate in monthly stocktaking.
- Promote all hotel services.
- Develop customer loyalty and win satisfaction of new customers.

**Skills required**:
With a degree in aesthetics, you have at least two years' successful initial experience in a similar role. Mastery of beauty care techniques and customer relations are essential for this position.

You will work directly or cross-functionally with all the hotel's departments. You will need to be a team player and be able to react quickly to ensure that the hotel runs smoothly and that our customers are as satisfied as possible.
