**Who are we looking for?**

We are looking for a Nature Positive Consultant to join our amazing Etifor team. This person will work within the Nature Positive Programme and will support the team in the management of EU funded projects and in producing deliverables for private clients.

**Role and responsibilities**

The Nature Positive Consultant will join us with a view to learning and developing the skills that will allow them to have the following responsibilities:

- coordinate with the Nature Positive and International Project Development teams in Etifor involved in a recently-passed Horizon Europe EU-funded project - GoNaturePositive (GNP) - serving as liaison among the two teams and coordinating their efforts in project delivery;
- more specifically, designing and delivering a number of tasks in the GNP project related to:
a. supporting the set up, planning and monitoring of 6 pilot case studies in 5 different sectors (Agri-food, Aquaculture, Forestry, Construction, Tourism);
b. supporting the 6 pilot case studies to identify vertical private sector organizations and train them in our chosen methods to work towards a nature positive future;
c. support project partners by providing data, information, attending meetings, reviewing other partners' materials;
- conduct analyses and prepare reports and other technical documents related to the LUCAS journey of our international private customers.

**Education**

**Experience**
- environmental consulting: natural capital accounting, corporate sustainability, climate strategies, environmental risk management, etc;
- project management: experienced in working on EU funded projects, such as Horizon or Erasmus+, but also other international collaborative projects;
- university researcher: dealing on a day-to-day basis with the topic of nature and business, or other topics relevant to this job call;

**Required skills**
- fluency (both written and spoken) in English;
- technically prepared and competent professional figure, familiar with corporate climate and nature related accounting and disclosure frameworks (TCFD/TNFD, SBTi/SBTN, LCA/GHG Protocol, etc.);
- working proficiency with main IT tools (Microsoft Office Package, Google Workspace);
- a precise and organized professional, with both the ability to work independently and in an international team, with a strong problem solving attitude and excellent multi-stakeholder project management skills;
- excellent communication skills, especially a clear and effective writing style (in English), but also good interpersonal skills to be able to interact with EU partners and international clients;
- analytical skills, especially regarding natural capital accounting or other climate and nature accounting and disclosure frameworks;
- a motivated person, who shares our company's ethical and sustainability values and has a personal and professional interest in environmental issues.

Knowledge of other software and/or methodologies related to the assessment and measurement of pressures on nature will be considered an asset. Working proficiency in other languages may also be considered as a plus.
