Per supportare i piani di crescita dell'Azienda sul mercato italiano e lo sviluppo di nuovi progetti, siamo alla ricerca di un Pricing and Marketing Specialist che abbia attitudini analitiche e una passione per le logiche di marketing di prodotto e comunicazione aziendale.

**INCARICHI PRINCIPALI**

La Risorsa, inserita nel Dipartimento di Product Management, avrà le principali tasks:

- supportare e implementare una strategia comunicativa (social media, LinkedIn, e-cat., web site aziendale) che rispecchi i valori aziendali e sia funzionale agli obiettivi di _business_ prestabiliti;
- creare e gestire azioni promozionali programmate secondo un piano commerciale/promozionale definito con successivo monitoraggio dell’andamento delle promo stesse;
- intrattenere rapporti con i referenti marketing del Gruppo Inter Cars;
- costruire un _network_ di conoscenze e di contattisempre aggiornato;
- ideare _newsletter_, inviti, flyer e altro materiale da condividere con Agente e Clienti;
- gestire l’attività di individuazione e successivo ordine, stoccaggio e inventario del materiale oggetto delle attività promozionali aziendali;
- condurre analisi di mercato, promuovere e supportare lo sviluppo delle linee di prodotto gestite;
- Definire prezzi competitivi garantendo allo stesso tempo la % di margine target.

**REQUISITI**
- Almeno 2 anni di esperienza nel settore;
- Conoscenza delle dinamiche specifiche dell'aftermarket automobilistico italiano e delle relative gamme di prodotti;
- Conoscenza della logica economica del _pricing_/margine;
- Pensiero strategico;
- Ottima conoscenza degli strumenti di Microsoft Office + Adobe;
- Buone capacità analitiche;
- Inglese fluente, parlato e scritto;
- Laurea o titolo equivalente;
- Orientamento al lavoro di squadra;
