Kitchen Assistant

Tenuta Adamo Winery is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Kitchen Runner/Assistant. In this role, you will work closely with the Kitchen Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our kitchen and provide exceptional support in various tasks. Your enthusiasm, teamwork, and commitment to maintaining high standards will contribute to creating an unforgettable experience for our valued guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Kitchen Manager with morning preparation, ensuring trays are prepped and organized for the day's operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment.
- Support the Kitchen Manager during tour time by preparing and cleaning the patio area, ensuring a pleasant and welcoming environment for guests.
- Ensure refilled water, food, bread bowls, and oil are readily available for guests at all times and brought to them upon need
- Collaborate with the Kitchen Manager to coordinate and prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with other team members to ensure a smooth flow of operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing guest inquiries and requests.
- Embrace a proactive approach to identify and assist with any additional tasks or areas of need within the kitchen.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant environment or a related role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work well within a team and collaborate effectively with others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work mornings, long hours, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service
