Head of Performance

La figura ricercata lavorerà a stretto contatto con il team di marketing, sviluppando strategie e iniziative per far crescere la customer base in modo finanziariamente sostenibile, ricoprendo la posizione di Head of Performance Marketing.

Principali responsabilità:

- Definire la strategia di performance marketing con l'obiettivo di massimizzare i ritorni del marketing a pagamento, assicurandosi che tutte le iniziative mantengano un forte allineamento ai valori del brand;
- Creare un modello di generazione dei ricavi per il digitale, comprendendo come i diversi canali si influenzano a vicenda e come farli lavorare insieme in un customer journey coerente;
- Definire modelli di attribuzione dei ricavi per le business units consumer e trade, tenendo conto dei diversi modelli di interazione e acquisto;
- Creare un modello basato sui dati per determinare l'investimento ottimale in ogni canale e campagna;
- Garantire l'allocazione di budget e sforzi sufficienti per sperimentare nuove strategie, canali e formati per rimanere all'avanguardia;
- Contribuire a creare una cultura dei dati all'interno del team di performance marketing e dell'organizzazione in generale;

Requisiti:

- Almeno 7 anni di esperienza nel performance marketing e 3 anni alla guida di un team, con più anni di lavoro nell'e-commerce;
- Esperienza nella gestione di budget multimilionari con ritorni comprovati;
- Leader stimolante e grande mentore;
- Forti capacità analitiche ed esperienza nell'utilizzo di tecniche di testing per massimizzare i ritorni;
- Attenzione ai dettagli nel gestire progetti complessi e iniziative sensibili ai tempi.
