Jeffeson Wells is looking for a Pharmacology and Toxicology Director on behalf of a Biotech Research Company based in the North of Italy.
Main responsibilities:

- To contribute in enhancing the proprietary products of the Company pipeline, ensuring that they are targeted to the most promising therapeutic areas and placed in a synchronized and coherent framework.
- To support the CEO/CSO in the evaluation of possible investments and in-licensing projects.
- To select and evaluate contract research organisations (CROs) and Academic Partners for outsourced activities.
- To design, conduct,analyse and monitor Pharmacological and Toxicological studies outsourced to CROs or Academic Partners.
- To scout and evaluate in-licensing projects.
- To support out-licensing projects.
- To profile the products of the Comnpany pipeline to be presented to possible partners.
- To present at scientific meeting the results obtained and to prepare the related publications.
- To support the Regulatory Affairs for drug development, submission of Application and relationship with Agencies.
- To allocate the Budget to different projects and to ensure that costs are within budget forecast.
