**Responsibilities of the role**:
We are looking for a Sales Manager to spearhead revenue growth in the Italy. This will be the second hire into the Italian team. Therefore, we’re looking for an ambitious, results orientated seller who wants to be part of a fast growing business.

This role will be responsible for generating new revenue from brands direct and media agencies.

**Experience & Requirements**
- +4 years in digital ad sales
- Great relationships with digital buyers and planners (brands and media agencies)
- The ability to build new, profitable relationships fast
- New business specialist - hunter
- Autonomous, resilient and proactive
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Results-driven
- Coachable
- Experience working in a startup or scale ups preferred
- _ English level minimum required: B1 CEFR._
