For our Italian site in Mondovì we are looking for a Human Resources Trainee

Your challenges?

As an intern in HR you will work closely with the Site HR Manager.- Assist Site HR Mgr in a variety of activities related to different HR areas and play a connecting role between HR and employees- Support communication activities, internal event organization, employer branding initiatives- Coordination of HR trainings and other development activities- Support implementation of the HR Valeo Standard referential in the Employee Engagement

Qualifications - External

You have excellent skills in analysis and planning, proactive behavior, resolution, interest in testing yourself in an international context, in relating and team working and proactive attitude.

Our environment is strongly international oriented, so you have a fluent level of English and Italian

You have a good knowledge of IT tools (MS Office, Excel advanced) / Google tools

You are a graduate or student with interest and passion for Human Resources area
