**Posizione**:
La figura si occuperà di:
- Analisi finanziaria e gestione operativa ordinaria e straordinaria dei Fondi;
- Predisposizione e aggiornamento di business plan e predisposizione della reportistica;
- Esecuzione della strategia di investimento e disinvestimento
**Requisiti**:
- Laurea in discipline economiche
- Pregressa esperienza di almeno 2-3 anni all'interno di altre SGR o team Transaction Real Estate di società di consulenza;
- Solide conoscenze analitiche;
- conoscenza ed utilizzo del Pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel);
- conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese.
