We are looking for a resourceful Non-Commercial Goods Coordinator._
**Job Description**:
As Non-Commercial Goods Coordinator you
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage a commercially efficient NCG department by managing and ordering DC NCG inventory levels and flows to fulfill sales, logistics and operational needs
- Responsible to manage NCG inventory in line with sales demand and needs as well as coordinate budgets, if applicable
- Forward forecasts, plans and coordinates NCG flow to stores across all brands and manage lead times/ campaigns to secure NCG availability in line with sales organization expectations
- Support strategical development of NCG organization and set up to support business development
- Overall responsibility for sales and NCG budget - procure NCG by following the logistics routines and best practice
- Drive cost efficiencies & service level improvements by quality tendering & contract negotiations with 3 party suppliers (logistics supplies)
- Report all NCG KPIs required for logistics and sales organization
- Deep expertise on Non-Commercial Goods specifics and requirements towards logistics
- Strong understanding of Logistics Operations as well as global Non-Commercial Goods standards and capabilities
- Solid knowledge of local DC NCG-capabilities and specifics
- Pronounced customer focus, commercial sense and “can do” attitude to best serve requirements
- Strong communication & coordination skills
