**CHI CERCHIAMO**: per ampliamento del nostro organico cerchiamo un/a field project manager assistant per uno stage formativo, che possa imparare a gestire un team sul territorio per raggiungere specifici obiettivi di business.

Il ruolo prevede la gestione, anche a distanza, di personale "on field", figure come in store account, sell out specialist, beauty trainer, sales assistant e molto altro.

Mansioni specifiche del ruolo:

- pianificazione e organizzazione del lavoro dei collaboratori
- supporto al training nelle fasi precedenti lo start delle attività
- realizzazione e compilazione di reportistica e analisi dati

**REQUISITI MUST HAVE**:

- laurea/diploma
- predisposizione al lavoro in team
- predisposizione al contatto telefonico
- capacità analitiche e organizzative
- forte orientamento al risultato
- ottimo uso pacchetto office, Excel e PowerPoint

**REQUISITI NICE TO HAVE**:

- buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
- conoscenza del settore del field marketing, preferibile aver maturato esperienze nel settore come promoter o steward/hostess

Lo stage sarà di 6 mesi, full time dal lunedì al venerdì. Verrà svolto negli uffici di C2C a Sesto San Giovanni e attualmente prevede parte del lavoro gestito in smart working.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tirocinio formativo/stage
Durata contratto: 6 mesi
