Il Delivery Manager è responsabile di coordinare e gestire la pianificazione della produzione di progetti in azienda.

Collabora strettamente con gli Area Manager per garantire un allineamento efficace tra la pianificazione del servizio e del support.
- **Le sue responsabilità includono**:_

1. Coordinare la produzione di progetti, assicurando il rispetto dei tempi e degli obiettivi di consegna.
2. Collaborare con gli Area Manager per sincronizzare la pianificazione del servizio e del support con le attività di produzione.
3. Monitorare e gestire le risorse necessarie per garantire una produzione efficiente.
4. Identificare e affrontare eventuali ostacoli nella pianificazione, assicurando soluzioni tempestive.
5. Comunicare in modo efficace con i team di produzione e gli Area Manager per mantenere una visione chiara dello stato dei progetti.
6. Valutare le performance della produzione e proporre miglioramenti continui.
7. Collaborare con il team di sviluppo per garantire una corretta integrazione dei progetti.

Il Delivery Manager svolge un ruolo cruciale nel garantire la coerenza e l'efficienza della pianificazione della produzione in stretta collaborazione con gli Area Manager per ottimizzare le attività di servizio e support.
