**Mission/Objectives/General Description of the Role**

As sustainability is increasingly becoming an integral part of the company’s business management, Campari Group aims to constantly improve its sustainability strategy, updating it according to the evolutions of the external and internal scenarios. The aim is to ensure that the global sustainability strategy is implemented throughout the business and in all markets, guaranteeing its continuous improvement and its dissemination within the various corporate processes by working with the main corporate functions, from the supply chain to marketing, from human resources to procurement. More particularly we must do every effort to prove the relevance of our responsible practices distinguishing our business.

Equally important is the communication of the strategy and the main sustainability projects promoted, both internally to raise awareness among employees and externally to the Group's various stakeholders. Among these, a primary role is played by investors and financial analysts, who increasingly consider ESG performances when analysing listed companies.

Reporting to the Corporate Sustainability Manager, this role offers the opportunity to support the coordination of sustainability strategy and the related activities globally and locally and the implementation of the new regulatory requirements deriving from European legislation.

**Key Responsibilities and Activities**
- Sustainability Standards analysis, integration in the Group’s data collection system and internal cascading
- Support to the Sustainability reporting activity (data collection and consolidation, third party assurance process management, document drafting)
- Collaboration to the sustainability editorial plan for internal and external communication and raising awareness;
- Support to the Sustainability strategy implementation/coordination and cascading within regions and countries;
- Develop and coordinate specific local sustainability projects, together with other departments;
- Monitoring and control of global and local sustainability activities promoted internally within the Group in the different countries;
- Benchmark analysis of the main competitors;
- Sustainability landscape analysis to proactively advise on emerging regulations and trends so to orientate the sustainability strategy on the basis of external pressures and evolutions;
- Support to the implementation of new internal process (i.e.: due diligence of the supply chain, taxonomy criteria integration in the definition of new projects, etc.;)
- Monitor the company position in sustainability indexes and actively engage with financial analysts.

- Internal: Corporate Sustainability Manager, Local Public Affairs & Sustainability, Investors Relations, Global/Local HR, Global/Local Legal, Global/Local Marketing, Internal Audit, Global Environment, Corporate Communications (internal and external), Global Procurement, Global Logistics.
- External: Independent auditors, external business partners, investors, financial analysts, trade associations, consultancy agencies, NGOs, Universities.

**Education / Professional Qualifications**
- Degree in Economics/Management with a specific expertise on Sustainability is mandatory;
- Fluency in English and Italian is a must, knowledge of another language is a plus.
