Umana, per azienda metalmeccanica con sede a Monfalcone, sta cercando il profilo di _**_QUALITY ASSURANCE DIRECTOR_**_. La figura si occuperà di gestire e aggiornare il sistema Qualità sulla base degli obiettivi stabiliti dalla Direzione Aziendale. _
- L'azienda opera nel settore elettrotecnico, progetta e produce motori e generatori elettrici, elettronica di potenza e sistemi di controllo ed automazione per applicazioni industriali._
- Principali mansioni:_
- _ eseguire le azioni necessarie al conseguimento ed all'aggiornamento delle certificazioni da parte degli Enti di Certificazione _
- _effettuare audit interni sui processi di sito o anche di altri siti aziendali _
- _redazione e aggiornamento di procedure, istruzioni ed altri documenti per la gestione dei processi, coinvolgendo e coordinando tutte le funzioni interessate _
- _stabilisce i criteri, le azioni e i metodi necessari per assicurare l'efficace funzionamento ed il controllo dei processi_
- _ elaborare gli indicatori (KPI) necessari al monitoraggio del livello qualitativo del processi e dei prodotti- Requisiti:_
- _ Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica _
- _pregressa esperienza manageriale in realtà manifatturiere operanti su prodotti industriali complessi _
- _conoscenza degli standard di gestione sistema ISO 9001_
- conoscenza di tecniche statistiche e root cause analysis
- conoscenza Lean Manufacturing
- esperienza in Audit Certificazione
- Inglese livello B2/C1
- Si offre contratto diretto in azienda a tempo indeterminato._
