**_Principali Attività:_**

Ricoprire l’attività specifica inerente al ruolo e la funzione di RSPP, riguardante l’attività degli impianti e rivolto a tutto il personale in relazione agli obblighi del datore di lavoro secondo il D.Lgs 81/08:

- Individuare e valutare i fattori di rischio e individuare le misure preventive e protettive e i sistemi di controllo di tali misure per la sicurezza e la salubrità degli ambienti di lavoro. Redazione e aggiornamento annuale del Documento di Valutazione dei Rischi (DVR);
- Elaborare le procedure di sicurezza per le varie attività aziendali;
- Partecipare alle consultazioni in materia di tutela della salute e sicurezza sul lavoro e alla riunione periodica con OOSS e Medico Competente;
- Organizzare e monitorare le visite sanitarie del personale e tenere i contatti con il Medico Competente;
- Gestire la formazione sulla sicurezza definita per legge ai Dirigenti, preposti, lavoratori, RLS, Squadra di emergenza e primo soccorso;
- Individuare la normativa applicabile all’attività e attuare i Piani di monitoraggio prescrittivi/autorizzativi e la relativa comunicazione annuale agli Enti di Controllo, mediante analisi emissioni in atmosfera, scarichi idrici e acque sotterranee, rifiuti e verifiche SME;
- Elaborare il bilancio ambientale e di sicurezza considerando le produzioni, i consumi, le emissioni, gli smaltimenti, gli infortuni, i near miss;
- Gestire l’informazione e la formazione in materia HSE definite dai requisiti legislativi applicabili e dalle procedure interne e monitorare l’efficacia della formazione e dell’addestramento e promuovere azioni correttive in caso di criticità;
- Gestire le attività di smaltimento Rifiuti, con verifica autorizzazioni e coordinamento in fase di smaltimento, coordinando la denuncia annuale (MUD);
- Coordinare e implementare i Sistemi di Gestione integrata (Ambiente e Sicurezza) presso il sito operativo, gestendo gli audit interni ed esterni e le verifiche periodiche previste dalla normativa sugli impianti;
- Effettuare le Comunicazioni periodiche previste dalla normativa nei confronti degli Enti di controllo nazionali, regionali e locali; coordinare la valutazione dell’applicabilità dei nuovi requisiti e la diffusione dei requisiti in materia HSE, laddove questi debbano essere applicati.

**_Principali Competenze e Capacità:_**

Conoscenza attività specifiche inerente al ruolo e la funzione di RSPP, secondo il D.Lgs 81/08:

- Conoscenza normative su sicurezza, salute e ambiente;
- Conoscenza normative su gestione rifiuti;
- Conoscenza normative su gestione emissioni;
- Conoscenza normative su Sistemi di Gestione.

Competenze/capacità trasversali:

- Capacità organizzativa;
- Capacità relazionale;
- Capacità di Problem Solving;
- Capacità di gestione dello stress;
- Capacità di coniugare attività in campo con attività “amministrative” tipiche del ruolo;
- Flessibilità.
