The HRBP is responsible for providing a full range of strategic HR Business partnerships and recruiting support to the business unit.

**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with the Business Unit Management and the HR Director of Europe to implement a people strategy in line with the business strategy, and Solaredge core values.
- Be a key contributor in the different Business Units, working to develop people to ensure we attract, engage, enable, and retain our employees and support the business day to day needs.
- Proactively support the delivery of HR processes in the Business Units.
- Drive initiatives on employee relations, performance & talent management, org structure, training and development, and special projects (with the assistance of the HR Director of Europe)
- Analyze HR data and drive conclusions to enable more effective evidence-based decisions on improving workforce wellbeing and organizational performance.
- Answers general HR questions and resolves issues in a timely manner.
- Actively identifies gaps and proposes and implements changes necessary to cover risks.
- Work closely with main stakeholders in HQ to ensure a consistent and joined up approach is delivered to the business with maximum impact to drive the region forward.
- Designs succession plans for key talents and key job positions.
- Support other cross-COE HR tasks/projects as will be defined.

**Requirements**:

- 7+ years of experience in Human Resources in global high-paced organizations.
- Fluent English -MUST.
- Ability to work remotely with global sites.
- Excellent relationship-building and coaching skills.
- Team Player.
- Strong communication skills.
- Project Management and Change Management skills.
- Knowledge in recruitment processes and ability to support the recruitment team.
- Strong Business orientation
- Results orientation and time management skills.
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree, Master's degree
- an advantage.
