**YOUR MISSION**
As an** Ikonic Staff member**, you play a key role in ensuring our customers' satisfaction. Supported by your Store Manager, your primary goal is to warmly welcome and assist gallery visitors, ensuring a high-quality experience for everyone.
**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Welcoming customers with a friendly smile
- Helping guests with ticket purchases.
- Handling reservations on our website and through our ticket partners.
- Guiding visitors through the route and sharing details of the experience.
- Providing support to enhance the overall experience.
- Ensuring the exhibition is always in a perfect state for our visitors.
**YOU BRING**
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Resilient in handling daily challenges.
- Collaborative team player.
- Ability to provide clear and concise explanations.
- Capable of assisting in setting up exhibitions.
- Attention to detail in all tasks.
- Able to perform actions such as bending over or lifting things.
- Demonstrate tremendous passion and energy for your work.
- Able to adapt to flexible schedules.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Prior experience and knowledge in customer service.
- Fluency in English and Italian, minimum level fluent-upper B2.

**Internship Details**
- Ideally 6-month internship, 20-30 hours per week, at IKONO Rome
- Working hours: 5-6 hours daily, 5 days in a week with rotative schedules from Mon-Sun 10:00-15:00 / 15:00-20:00
