Stiamo cercando unƏ giovanƏ appassionato Paid Media Specialist con esperienza nel ruolo che, inserito nella nostra area di Performance Marketing, fornisca contributo strategico ed operativo ai progetti e abbia desiderio di partecipare, attraverso le proprie competenze, alla crescita di Instilla.

In un team multidisciplinare, lavorerai su progetti di Conversion Marketing dall'ideazione all'implementazione, in un contesto ambizioso e dinamico. Affronterai sfide stimolanti, gestendo il tuo tempo con precisione per soddisfare obiettivi ambiziosi e diverse esigenze dei clienti.

In particolare ti occuperai di:

- sviluppo di strategie di advertising sulla base degli obiettivi di performance, a supporto degli Strategist;
- impostazione, gestione e analisi di campagne adv basate su obiettivi di performance (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads ecc.);
- ottimizzazione delle campagne in conformità con i KPI principali definiti in base agli obiettivi
- apportare un approccio innovativo nel lavoro attraverso costante aggiornamento di competenze e proposta di soluzioni innovative.

**Skills**

Ricerchiamo una persona che possegga i seguenti requisiti:

- **2/3 anni di esperienza nel ruolo**: creazione, gestione e ottimizzazione di campagne advertising;
- **provenienza** preferibilmente **da **agenzie o società di consulenza;**
- è **necessario** possedere **competenze consolidate** su**:Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linkedin Ads;**:

- è preferibile avere una buona trasversalità nell’utilizzo di altri canali a pagamento che lavorano sinergicamente per il raggiungimento dell’obiettivo di performance (esempio: canali di prospecting, affiliazione, pinterest e altri );
- è necessario avere padronanza di Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center, Facebook Business Manager e Business Suite;
- ottime capacità di analisi e interpretazione dei dati;
- esperienza nella creazione di** report** per comunicare efficacemente le performance ai clienti;
- utilizzo avanzato di** excel/google sheet;**:

- buone capacità organizzative e relazionali;
- propensione a migliorarsi costantemente e di individuare soluzioni innovative;
- buona conoscenza della** lingua inglese.**
