What to Expect
- Location: Padua, Italy

- The role will involve supporting the South EU Charging Infrastructure Team achieves its targets by being the central coordinator for all team activities. We need individuals who are able to operate in a highly complex environment managing the team’s activities. These roles are generally most suited to students who are highly attentive to details, able to design or adapt tools and systems to help in planning, scheduling of work and customer support. You will gain exposure to many different functions and be able to see first-hand how to operate to bring about Tesla’s success.

What You’ll Do
- Handling various administrative tasks is a crucial aspect of this internship, which includes budget management, payment processes, and updates on incentives plan actuals.
- Exploring the market for DC and AC opportunities, including incentives and tender
- Managing the AC program, involving scouting activities, discussions with prominent LLs (including institutional entities), and planning construction activities with selected partners
- Learning to manage all aspects of site onboarding until activation, which includes securing signed letters of acceptance, ensuring the full suitability of installation locations, facilitating the seamless delivery of equipment to properties, liaising with electricians or installation specialists, and troubleshooting
- Coordinating special team activities, such as gathering and online training
- Collecting data and generating reports on network utilization

What You’ll Bring
- Preferably studying a degree in Energy Engineering, Mathematics or Business Analytics
- Excellent communication skills with a general interest in the technical field of sustainability
- Able to work in a multinational and cultural environment
- A great eye for detail
- Project Management, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Manufacturing Engineering qualifications are a plus
- C1/C2 level in English and Italian (excellent written and verbal skills)
- Other European language is considered a plus (preferably in Spanish, Portuguese or Greek)
- Active student status throughout the internship period
