- High School Diploma in chemistry;
- Minimum experience, including in a school setting in performing laboratory activities;
- Knowledge of written and spoken English (minimum level B);
- Open to learning;
- Predisposition to laboratory activities.

Organizational skills, methodic approach; accuracy and problem solving are also required.
