**POSITION**:LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER**

PERMANENT CONTRACT / ITALY

**YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT**

As L&D Manager, and part of the Human Resources Department, you will design, develop and implement innovative learning and development programs that support the business needs, you will manage the talent pool and identify career paths and succession plans in the organization.

In this role you will report to the HR Director.

This is experience will you enable to have frequent relations with the Paris HQ.

You will have the opportunity to gain international experience and build up knowledge on the business processes on luxurious goods working in increasingly challenging environment and on engaging projects.

PROFILE

**Your impact**

Working closely with the leadership team to set roles & responsibilities across the organization, identify key people, build plans and strategies for retention action, monitoring and taking care of the talent pool growth.

Partnering with managers to advice and coach on people related topics (recognitions and appraisals, trainings, coaching, engagement, and motivation),

Managing the Group Process of Performance Appraisal to assess both organizational and individual learning and development needs.

Managing the OMR Process (Organizational Management Review), highlight the main organizational challenges, identify needs of skills/competences to execute business strategy and design succession planning in the organization.

Proposing and preparing L&D programs and activities; create, design, and execute learning strategies and programs both in-house and with expert third parties,

Collaborate with HR managers and other internal departments to guarantee consistency in covering staffing needs and meet the learning expectations.

Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most out of the learning & development opportunities.

Manage budget and cost about learning and development area.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

**Keys for success**

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR field

**Experience**:

- Position requires minimum 6-8 years’ experience in HR field in a role of L&D or Talent Management
- Experience in luxury/fashion business will be a plus

**Competencies**:

- Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral, in Italian and English, as well as ability to communicate/interface with people of all levels.
- Creative mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Strong initiative and autonomy; positive attitude, good interpersonal skills, drive, and commitment.
- Proficient in Coaching and Assessment technique
- Advanced user of MS office (Excel, Power Point,) and at ease with the use of Internet tools

**Languages**: Fluent in Italian and English, French will be a plus
