**Job Description**:
The opportunity:
She/he will help with the development and execution of TM plan in accordance with the global brand strategy.

Key Requirements:
We are looking for an enthusiastic professional, hardworking and team player person who always facing challenges with a positive attitude and creativity approach to the current Pomellato ways of working environment:
- Organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines- Spirit of initiative and curiosity for fashion trends; creative abilities, eye for luxury- Great relational skills: ability to work independently as well as in team

How you will contribute:
- Contribute in the implementations of regional TM related projects (in-store activations, local gifting, etc.)- Support definition, development, management of institutional BTL materials (printed materials, corporate TM materials, packaging, etc.) in line with brand strategy and markets’ needs- Work closely with internal teams (merchandising, clienteling, graphic, purchasing teams, etc.) and external suppliers to develop assets in support to product launches and brand campaigns- Support in the creation of TM institutional and seasonal guidelines and track the deployment in the markets- Define and develop client gift catalogues in accordance with the brand strategy and markets’ needs

Who you are:
- Master’s degree in business/Marketing or related fields- Excellent knowledge of Office programs (mainly Excel and Power Point)- Fluent in Italian & English - both written and spoken - French or other languages are considered a plus- Hands-on approach, ability to multi-task- Proven organizational and time management skills- Ability to work independently as well as in teams
