Our Industrial and Energy Technology (IET) operates across 120 countries and serves the entire energy value-chain and industrial sector. We hold an extensive portfolio of rotating equipment, process flow, transmission technology and lifecycle services. Our Engineering Transformation team work to improve the quality of our Engineering processes.

**Partner with the best**

Perform the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. Includes Service Shops. Department has a supportive role in knowledge management gathering data and storing them in a system.

As an Operational Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Managing an operation, business, unit, or part of a production facility in order to reach defined targets in quality, cost, delivery and safety.
- Ensuring continuous business improvement according to benchmarks and standards. Team management of salaried employees.
- Planning differing activities on the basis of a predefined year plan.
- Be actively part of the growth of the cell, supporting the team in new initiatives to reduce the lead time, increase the quality, in house knowledge and skills.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Bachelor's with good experience in Manufacturing environment
- Have good oral and written communication with good interpersonal and leadership skills
- Have ability to influence others and manage a teams
- Have effective problem identification and solution skills
- Have good track record of analytical and organizational ability
- Be fluent both in English and Italian and hold an EU passport
