**Posizione**:
The Junior Communication Specialist will work in implementing the communication strategy and the brand marketing process in the country. This would include building strong relationship with the target audience, improving the awareness and reputation of AW Lab.

The Junior Communication Specialist is managing effective brand & communication executions in order to contribute to the development of the brand awareness, penetration, preference and ultimately the overall brand equity.

Main responsability:

- Support the implementation of the marketing plan in terms of deployment of the creative contents and the process.
- Support the development of market research to understand market needs.
- Bring brand positioning to life by defining innovative, impactful and measurable ways of being relevant for current consumers and the new generations.
- Ensure promotional and communication materials meet both internal and external requirements.
- Ensure articulation of Brand’s desired image and position, and assure consistent communication of image and position throughout the market.
- Support the current proprietary storytelling content/formats and activities in terms of brand values consistency and consumer relevance.
- Bring creative innovation and competitive brand insights through. Monitor trends in the fashion and footwear sector.
- Support the development of partnerships and sponsorship with suitable brand partners to drive business goals.
- Work closely with the Social Media Specialist for online/ digital marketing campaign concepts / ideas
- Support the relation with the third parties brands to support the retail activation plan

**Requisiti**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in the Communication, Marketing or Business field
- Knowledge of offline communication and understanding of major marketing channels and trends
- Strong planning and project management skills
- Good presentation, and communication skills
- Committed team player with a passion for growth and bias for action and making things happen
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability
- Oral and written communication skills to reach a variety of audiences
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively
- Fluent english
