COMPANY PROFILE:
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The Digital Communication Specialist (DCS) is a resource operating within the CE Europe Brand Communication Team.

She/He is the main responsible for the implementation of the regional communication strategy and plan, with special focus on digital actions, liaising with different functions and stakeholders inside (Product and Parts & Service managers, local field Marketing Managers, CRM Team, etc ) and outside (creative, digital, PR agencies, etc ) the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The main responsibilities of this role are:

- Social media management - Strategy definition according to business drivers (product and service launches, events, promotions, etc ); editorial plan definition, implementation and monitoring; contents / posts / creativity definition to convey the brand messages (including proper tone of voice by post and channel); social channels daily monitoring and day by day pages moderation in coordination with the digital agency; main KPIs monthly monitoring and reporting
- Website and online tools management - Define website contents updates (homepage highlights, news, products, services, pictures, videos, brochures, promotions, etc ) granting proper tone of voice, SEO optimization and full integration with the general digital marketing strategy; monthly analytics reporting; guidelines supervision on new websites / website updates according to brand visual identity; ensure constant update of regional image / video bank and marketing tools according to markets / dealers and other internal functions needs
- Digital paid adv and lead management - In cooperation with the CRM Team identification of possible processes / sources to increase quality and quantity of generated leads and their proper management through the sales process; digital sponsored campaigns definition (search engine, display and social media) and management according to business drivers (products and services launches, events, promotions, etc ); budget management and campaigns implementation in cooperation with the digital agency; KPI monitoring, reporting and final ROI measurement
- Photo / Video shooting coordination - Definition of agency briefing in agreement with Product and Parts & Service marketing; on site coordination during photo / video shooting granting the collection of the contents needed to implement the integrated communication strategy; follow-up of post-production / editing activities and final approval process

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

- Degree in marketing and communications preferred choice
- 2-3 years of professional experience in similar role
- A wide degree of creativity, must be confident communicator
- Excellent project management and planning skills
- Able to work under pressure and lead different project simultaneously
- Fluent in English - French or German as additional European language preferred
- Readiness to work in an international organization; teamwork orientation
- Travel Requirements (National/International/Expected % of time): Occasional depending on business needs (events, photo / video shooting, etc )
- Provide active contribution to the CE Europe team by conducting market trends and sales performances overviews and insights
- Responsible to create sales plan outputs for the monthly reviews: this also includes ability to present and contribute actively during meetings and presentations
- Being involved in support activities to the commercial team, including coordination of weekly meetings with the field sales team, and inventory and orders portfolio monitoring
- Support Dealer Business Plans definition, identify business managers sales targets for the incentive scheme and consolidate achievements
- Systems and process: work with ICT, as business referent, to develop business intelligence tools and dashboards, according to business needs

SKILLS:

- Able to interact with different teams, cultures and stakeholders inside and outside the company
- Able to identify priorities and urgencies; problem-solving attitude
- Very good communicator, able to explain and present in a clear and efficient way
- Creative mind-set, capable to think out of the box
- Excellent knowledge of MS-Office suite
- Solid knowledge of Google Analytics and Facebook Insights and Ads tools
- Good knowledge of photo (Photoshop / Illustrator) and video (Adobe Premiere) editing tools
