THIS ROLE CAN BE BASED IN MILAN, MADRID, LONDON, PARIS, DUSSELDORF, WARSAW About the role:
The Urology and Pelvic Health Divisional Capital Equipment Training Manager will work as part of the Divisional Sales Training Team and provide strategic direction and leadership to Design, Develop and Deliver Divisional specific Capital Training programs across Urology/Pelvic Health. This training will cover all aspects of capital selling covering everything from laser physics and therapeutic techniques to commercialisation, account management and selling service. Proactively coordinating with the Divisional Sales Training Managers and the Divisional Leaders he/she will ensure local needs are captured and aligned to the Strategic plan for BSC Europe. Ensure capability building strategy, programs and tools are developed and implemented with consistency on defined principles across the Division and in compliance with BSC branding, regulatory, legal and quality standards. She/he will also work closely with key stakeholders such as the EMEA Capital Equipment and service team, Commercial Capability, Divisional Marketing as well as Divisional and Country Management Teams to deliver effective interventions and programs.
The Capital Equipment Training Manager will:
Ensure country needs are captured in line with the overall Divisional strategy and design and implement appropriate interventions to address these needs
Deliver all required training to both the BSC sales force and all appropriate Chanel partners for all aspects of Capital Selling. This will be delivered utilising a ‘blended’ training approach
Work with the Head of European Sales Training for the Division to create consistent assessment tools
Effectively communicate the capital equipment development strategies to all key stakeholders
Develop and implement a focused Curriculum working with Urology Sales Training, different country lead teams and marketing
Define core training requirements relating to all elements of Capital Equipment based on gap analysis and competency model.
Work with Head of European Sales Training and divisional lead team to prioritize training sequence based on divisional assessments
Work with Urology Sales Training to help refine and develop sales training content, schedule and requirements
Establish effective ways to measure the quality and impact of training so that our capability development programs are improved periodically
Create evaluation metrics and dashboards to measure success
Collaborate with Sales Training managers to improve training programs for all capital equipment within each franchise
Who we are looking for:
At least 4 years excellent performance working with Medical Device Capital Equipment is a must
Experience in ‘selling service’ and account management is also a key requirement
Experience must include at least 6 years of Selling Experience in a healthcare Organization
Experience of using a variety of Coaching and Feedback Models to support development
Previous experience as a Training Manager is very advantageous. This will ideally be at a European level
Experience of working in a Matrix structure, leading projects and ‘managing without authority’
Has ideally managed a team as a people Leader
Should possess strong Project management skills
Experience in creating and executing local/global training programs (ideally within the Capital Equipment field)
Familiar with creating and delivering content through a ‘blended learning approach’
Experience in planning, delivering and evaluating training content through a Learning Management System
Strong Communication skills with an ability to influence and work with all levels in the organization
Self-directed professional who has initiative to address critical gaps and needs
A passion for training and developing others
Delivery of digital training and the platforms available is an advantage

Travel Maybe as much as 50%, mainly in Europe
