Board Consultants

Descripcin de la Prctica Corporate Performance Management allows you to plan and measure company objectives; Techedge supports its customers in the implementation of technological solutions aimed at increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the Performance Management processes, so as to increase their competitive advantage.
Our team of Corporate Performance Management operates in important multinational companies, on projects concerning the engineering of performance management processes, in particular economic and financial, but also HR, Treasury, Sales & Marketing and Production.
In this context, we are looking for two brilliant Board Consultants for our office in Milan, Rome, Turin or Padua. In particular, we are seeking for:

- 1 board senior consultant;
- 1 board junior consultant.

- more than 4-5 years of experience in the implementation of CPM projects with Board;
- ability to implement solutions and fix them working with Board technologies;
- knowledge in the field of integration (DWH / staging Area);
- knowledge of MSQLS (Microsoft SQL Server);
- have an understanding of economic-financial dynamics in a conscious and balanced way in the development of solutions to the critical issues of our customers;
- capture and review the customer business requirements and functional specifications;
- functional knowledge in Financial Planning;
- document the technical design and maintain project-related documents;
- challenge existing processes and recommend changes where needed to add value and/or to help reduce
- on-going maintenance;
- good Project Management skills;
- excellent communication skills and fluency in English;
- great attention to detail and time-management skills;
- communicate to customers in a simple and effective way the added value that technology can bring to them;
- build recognized professionalcredibility and develop solid relationships at all hierarchical levels;
- possess a global perspective, knowledge and expertise on an Italian and international level.

Experiência requerida
For both roles, the following requirements will be considered a plus:

- analytical thinking and problem-solving capability;
- functional and project management skills (HR planning, financial planning, purchase planning, investment planning);
- capability and willingness to work as a part of a self-organizing team;
- availability to travel.
