We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated individual to join our pharmaceutical organization as a Junior QC LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks related to data loading, mapping, inventory management, labeling, and archiving within the Quality Control (QC) department. Your accurate and efficient execution of these tasks will contribute to the smooth operation of our laboratory processes and compliance with regulatory standards.

What will you do?

Perform data loading and mapping activities within the QC LIMS system, ensuring accurate and timely entry of analytical data and test results.
Assist in maintaining the integrity and consistency of data by conducting regular audits and resolving any identified discrepancies.
Collaborate with the QC team to ensure proper inventory management of laboratory supplies, reagents, chemicals, and consumables.
Ensure that all items in the laboratory are properly labeled, following established procedures and guidelines.
Prepare and archive samples and documentation according to regulatory and company requirements, maintaining an organized and accessible storage system.
Assist in the preparation and distribution of documentation related to quality control testing and analysis, such as Certificates of Analysis (CoA) and testing reports.
Support the QC team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of laboratory activities, including sample tracking, testing schedules, and equipment maintenance.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to LIMS data management and other related systems.
Adhere to all relevant safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe and compliant working environment.
Participate in training programs to enhance technical knowledge and keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.

✍️ What do we request?

Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline, such as chemistry, biology, or a related field.
Previous experience working in a pharmaceutical or healthcare-related industry is preferred but not mandatory.
Familiarity with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and other data management software is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately record and manage data.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficient in using computer systems and software, including MS Office Suite.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and convey information accurately.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Adherence to good laboratory practices (GLP) and regulatory compliance requirements.
A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
