The position ensures the preparation and the booking of the local and statutory accounting transactions (including all Payroll ‘s transactions) of the 3 Legal Entities and has a previous experience in the finance department knowing the operative procedures of general accounting (following G/A) including Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables and Reporting processes and AX modules.

The role guarantees the accuracy and the compliance of accounting transactions and autonomously manage the reconciliations and the deviation analysis.

For this position we are offering a fixed term contract of 12 months.

Some of the key responsibilities will be:

- G/A Monza and Confienza entries and compliant archive monitoring
- G/A Monza and Confienza closing activities
- G/A Monza and Confienza reconciliations and deviation analysis
- Payroll accounts entries and reconciliations for Monza and Confienza employees External and Internal Auditors documentations preparation and reconciliations explanations in Monza and Confienza
- Confienza Tax compliant assets disposals procedure management Confienza Capital expenditures and Fixed Assets accounting controls Accounting treatment support to G/A, Accounts payables and other departments.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

- Knowledge General Ledger, Payable and Receivables accounting process, as result of minimum 3-5 years experience in accounting
- Good analysis skills; speed and autonomy in working. Accurate, independent and reliable in her activities
- Good use of Microsoft office Tools skills, advanced use of modern ERPs, SAP knowledge a plus
- Degree in Economics or alternatively in Accounting
- Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required
- Ability to solve problems with complex variables through non-standardized solutions that require independent judgment and analysis
- Ability to draw inferences and use deductive reasoning with no prescribed procedures to solve complex problems
- Availability to travel between the 2 sites (Monza and Confienza).
