Flow Analyst

**FLOW ANALYST**

**Responsabilies**:

- Monitors the operational flows, the relative productivity and the KPIs of specific areas in relations to the MHE installation proposing corrective and improvements actions;
- Acts as operative interface between Operations Team Leaders and MHE team to ensure installations performances meet OPS requirements;
- Configures all available parameters within MHE tools to have a continuous and seamless match with OPS sizing and priorities;
- Supports the automation engineers in identifying issues and proposing CI actions;
- Supports the Warehouse Manager and Operations Manager in following daily activities of area which are managed with MHE installations.

**Requirements**:

- Technical Diploma or Degree;
- Experience of at least 2 years in companies in the logistics and transport sector;
- Good knowledge of the Office Package;
- Good knowledge of Reflex web;
- Ability to analyze and synthesize, good communication and relational skills, problem solving, flexibility;
- Ability to convey requirements both to OPS and technical figures.

**What we offer**:

Willingness to work also on shifts and Saturday and Sunday depending on the specific business needs of the site is requested.
Important is the ability to reach the place of work autonomously within the scheduled hours.
