Facilities Manager
Il Facilities Manager sarà responsabile della fornitura di servizi di facility nelle sedi dei clienti all'interno della propria area. Garantirà un servizio di alta qualità, in linea con i livelli di servizio contrattuali e gli indicatori chiave di prestazione. Dovrà inoltre fornire un resoconto tempestivo delle attività e collaborare con i clienti, dimostrando un'elevata qualità di assistenza e coordinamento.
Attività:
- Gestione dei budget
- Controllare e gestire i servizi, fornendo dati mensili di reporting al team di gestione degli account.
- Forti linee di comunicazione con la popolazione di utenti su tutte le attività BAU
- Garantire la conformità dei requisiti legislativi, di salute, sicurezza e ambiente
- Condividere e implementare le best pratiche all'interno della propria area, regione, paese e in tutta Europa.
- Collaborare con i Project Manager locali/centrali/terzi per garantire una fornitura FM/progetti completamente integrata.
- Assicurarsi che ogni membro del team abbia un piano di sviluppo in linea con le aspirazioni di crescita dell'individuo e gli obiettivi aziendali.
- Gestione operativa complessiva all'interno delle aree designate del sito (manutenzione técnica e riparazioni, reception, sala posta, pulizie e subappaltatori specializzati).
- Sviluppo e implementazione di strategie efficaci e innovative
- Promuovere e sponsorizzare una cultura di miglioramento continuo e delle migliori pratiche.
- Gestire le risorse umane e tecniche per massimizzare la qualità dei servizi forniti.
Si richiede:
- Laurea triennale/magistrale in ingegneria/gestione dell'ambiente costruito
- Minimo quattro anni di esperienza in un ambiente FM complesso.
- Ottime capacità di comunicazione scritta e verbale. Forti capacità organizzative e analitiche. Capacità di fornire un servizio efficiente, tempestivo, affidabile e cortese ai clienti. Capacità di presentare efficacemente le informazioni. Capacità di rispondere efficacemente a questioni delicate.
- una conoscenza avanzata dei termini e dei principi finanziari. Capacità di calcolare cifre intermedie come percentuali, sconti e commissioni. Conduce analisi finanziarie avanzate.
- È preferibile una precedente esperienza di supervisione.
