The Product Manager is accountable for delivering global profit-and-loss commitments across the portfolio of their products and services by creating and sustaining indispensable products and services that are highly valued by clients and users.

Work includes one or more of the following areas:

- Defines the Product Strategy and delivers Product Roadmaps based on strategic business understanding and insights as to how new or existing services generate competitive advantage for clients
- Identifying market opportunities, translating opportunities into product design, and driving branding/marketing strategies that result in a successful product/brand launch
- Partnering with product development and marketing teams to ensure that customer needs/values are incorporated into product design, branding, and marketing approaches
- Developing product/brand positioning, associated marketing themes, and media channels that align with target customer demographics

**Key Responsibilities**

**_Product Management _**

The Product Manager of the funds manages the entire process of:

- defining local distribution agreement ( for new partner) /discussion the economics and other relevant aspects (documentation, IT set up and communication)
- Monitoring the process related of the entire onboarding process: internal set up / documentation / NPA.
- Linking all the parties involved (Asset Manager, IT, Operation, AllFunds Bank and business lines)
- Monitoring all POG &Regulatory activities like Target Market monitoring, Cost and benefit analysis (ESMA guidelines) for all funds available in the offer
- Defining the Advisory list and Monitoring
- Maintaining and monitoring the Inducement Register and other relevant documentation (KOD)
- Supporting all internal functions (Legal, compliance, AML colleagues in all requirements)
- Monitoring other activities or communication (ESG volumes)

**_Advisory and Relationship Management _**
- Cooperate and operate support to the sales (organize training session, provide updates, comments and meeting preparation)
- Maintain strong relationship with all Counterparties in order to have a constant overview of the market trend.
- Organize dedicated meeting with AM, specialist and Fund Manager.
- Participate actively in different internal committee or meeting (regional and global) - Investment Council or Global Fund Forum, providing update and sharing ideas (for potential new fund approval including rationale).
- Plan and schedule all activities for all Global Project or new launch of products
- Define and cooperate with AM / Marketing and other internal function to organize meeting and training and other marketing activities
- Participate in external meeting and with clients.

**Skill Requirements**
- Consolidated experience in the financial market
- Advanced knowledge of the English language (oral and written)
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
- Degree in Economics
- Ability to work under time pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
