**Applicativi (ERP, BI, Applicativi Custom per la Produzione)**:
- Concepire e fare evolvere una strategia complessiva di applicativi aziendali, volta al soddisfacimento delle esigenze interne e alla razionalizzazione dei sistemi
- Gestire il budget di spesa relativo a SW e HW, in ottica di modernizzazione ed ottimizzazione delle risorse
- Supporto nei processi riguardanti l’installazione e implementazione di MES dedicati ai processi produttivi
**Database**:
- Gestione degli interventi per quanto riguarda il Database aziendale (GammaEnterprise) interfacciandosi con i fornitori
**Sicurezza Informatica e normative**
- Promuovere la cultura della sicurezza informatica nella funzione
- Focalizzare le revisioni di processo o nuovi progetti sulle normative da osservare (GDPR; 231)
**Infrastruttura IT**
Con il supporto dei consulenti esterni la risorsa avrà le seguenti responsabilità:
- Garantire il supporto all’infrastruttura IT interfacciandosi con la società esterna dedicata;
- Assicurare l’efficienza técnica e l’ottimizzazione economica dell’infrastruttura in termini di funzionalità, qualità e tempistica delle elaborazioni, sicurezza dei dati e adeguato dimensionamento delle risorse informatiche;
- Assicurare la corretta evoluzione tecnologica dell’infrastruttura;
- Gestire il budget di spesa relativo alle infrastrutture in ottica di modernizzazione ed ottimizzazione delle risorse
**Sarà inoltre responsabile della gestione dei processi riguardanti**:
- Definizione e discussione delle strategie riguardanti i processi informatici aziendali;
- Mediazione tra le diverse parti interessate, società esterne clienti e fornitori e team interni coinvolti nelle operazioni di supporto ed assistenza;
- Stimolo al costante miglioramento dei processi e degli strumenti per far fronte alle nuove esigenze e al miglioramento dei processi;
- Favorire lo sviluppo di una cultura informatica di utenza collaborando al coordinamento e collegamento tra i diversi settori aziendali;
- Apportare competenza técnica e mantenere il costante aggiornamento specialistico
**L’obiettivo** **dell’IT Manager sarà** **contribuire alla creazione di una cultura IT in ottica progettuale e strategic**a attraverso il forte coinvolgimento della figura nella definizione e nel raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali.
- Esperienza nella gestione di risorse, sia interne che fornitori esterni;
- Gestione budget relativo a SW e HW;
- Esperienza nella gestione di governance, infrastrutture, applicativi, datacenter;
- Gestione degli aspetti Privacy e GDPR legati all’ambito IT;
- Conoscenza e comprensione delle best practice per la gestione dei servizi;
- Conoscenza approfondita del business aziendale;
- Capacità interpersonali e di comunicazione con le parti interessate;
- Approccio critico ai sistemi e capacità di giudizio per apportare le modifiche necessarie e coerenti;
- Attitudine alla risoluzione dei problemi e al lavoro per obiettivi;
- Disponibilità a condividere idee e propensione al lavoro di squadra.
