**Job Purpose**:
You will be an integral part of the Purchasing / Planning team, in supporting the business with various administration duties and ensuring effective communication between internal and external stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create purchase orders (direct and indirect)
- Ensure acknowledgement and logging of orders
- Expedite orders and update the purchasing system accordingly
- System housekeeping - various parameters are checked periodically and updated (ie safety stock levels, slow moving)
- Process non-stock item requests to order and book in
- Manage stationery stock levels
- Manage of subsidiary service
- Invoice query resolution
- Provide and publish KPI data daily
- Adhere to company policies and procedures

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- If possible previous experience of working in a purchasing and/or planning environment
- Having a science/technical background such as chemistry would be preferential option
- Strong English level

**Skills**:

- Computer skills, especially Microsoft Office/Excel/Power BI. Previous experience of working with a purchasing systems (SAP-ESKER) platform and Teams are desirable
- Excellent communicator at all levels
- Negotiation
- Highly organized, with a methodical approach
- Accurate and attention to details

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business administration or Relevant industry
