**The Position**

We are seeking to appoint an IB Diploma Maths Teacher (SL/HL) to join a developing department. Applicants must have experience of teaching upper secondary & post 16. Th ability to teach IB MYP/DP Maths is significantly advantageous.

Understanding of CAT4 and data tracking to improve challenge and progress desirable.

Experience with IAs and Extended essay essential.

Past Examination results within the IB advantageous.

A firm understanding of the importance of personalised learning.

Someone who is willing to commit to a longer term position. We would initially offer a 12 month contract with the view to offer permanent after this time for longevity.

The successful applicant will be a dynamic teacher with experience of enabling pupils to achieve their potential. We are looking for the right balance between experience, enthusiasm and a passion for teaching, which will inspire our students. They need to be a team player that can work within a Maths Department, but also manage their own curriculum under pressure.
