Accounting Officer

**Job Profile**:

- For an Accounting Team based in Benelux we are looking for an Accounting Officer.

**Responsabilità Chiave**:

- As an Accounting Officer (M/F/d), you will:
Ensure accurate processing of invoices and payments in accordance with agreed payment terms;
Maintain and process accounts payable reports and spreadsheets;
Performing an adequate cost accounting entry of the invoices enabling the preparation of targeted reports;
Manage bank reconciliations;
Manage tax compliance in accordance with local authorities;
Perform filing and copyng;
Take care of various administrative tasks to support the team.

**Requisiti**:

- Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree or High Degree Diploma in Accounting
- 3-4 years of experience in an accounting functions
- Fluent command of written and spoken French and an intermediate Italian andEnglish knowledge
- Knowledge of Luxembourgish is an asset
- Confident handling of Microsoft Office tools (in particular Excel)
- Team spirit, proactive, organized and dynamic
- Well-organized, detail-oriented and able to coordinate multiple tasks
