As an SQA/auditor you are responsible for quality of the delivered parts from our suppliers as the quality of their production process and the production process of Eurochiller.

You evaluate, control and optimize the production process and the product quality from our suppliers and Eurochiller.

As an SQA/auditor you must work pro-actively and independently. This position requires a lot of internal and external contacts as well as good technical and product knowledge.

**SQA & Auditor**
- Evaluation, development, optimization, and control of supplier processes and of the quality level of the purchased components.
- Execute First Sample inspections
- Conduct a check of the incoming goods and issue any non-compliance reports.
- Report and follow corrective actions on supplier processes.
- Development and follow up of process improvement at suppliers.
- Define improvement plans at suppliers and follow up on existing ones.
- Planning and management of audits at existing and potential suppliers.
- Conduct process audits at suppliers during new product development projects and/or resourcing projects.
- Improve supply chain quality through continuous improvement, supplier, and resource development.
- Dedicate the right attention to new products, through the creation of appropriate incoming control plans, ensuring the right components from the first goods receipt in case of new product projects.
- Cooperation with the R&D team during new product development projects and/or review of existing projects, to ensure the quality of supplier processes and purchased components.
- Monitor the implementation of the technical changes introduced by R&D of the purchased components.
- Interact with other Atlas Copco Group companies in a constructive and productive manner that supports the development of synergies and the consolidated result of the Division and the performance of the Business Area and the Group
- Follow a based SQA approach that covers the needs of the business.
- Maintain an initiative-taking approach to quality assurance, through structured quality improvement programs
- In cooperation with the purchasing manager, maintain and update the procedures applicable to the department.
- Independently selecting, performing, and reporting product and process audits according to 6M principle
- Check the technical-qualitative compliance by conducting checks on the finished products.
- Collaborates with the Plant Quality Manager, Process Quality Engineer, and the technical functions of the plant in the management and resolution of non-conformities found during the control phase.
- Treatment of non-conformities, consider all specifications (QEMS, safety, bills of materials, AML, engineering specifications, method instructions, drawings, AC standard, calibration,....)
- Advising operators on troubleshooting
- Assistance in analyzing the root causes of problems.
- Requesting quality deviations
- Organize, follow up and report on test audits
- Measuring parts (electrical, mechanical, SPM, VDI)
- Reporting according to Pareto’s and graphs
- Support and guide the Slovakian’s plant on previous mentioned tasks in order to keep aligned both companies on the same activities and reaching of the targets.

Other common and/or occasional tasks:

- Participate in customer/certification body or internal audits to highlight activities relevant to the job. Manage any reports or non-compliance ensuring full resolution within the required time limit.
- Visit suppliers to evaluate improvements (audit) and enhance supplies
- Periodical visits of the production unit located in Slovakia to manage, guiding and follow-up on the assigned tasks

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- General training State Regions Agreement according to Italian HSE regulation.
- Specific training Agreement State Regions high risk according to Italian HSE regulation.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- The possession of third-party Auditor certification constitutes an added value.
- Good knowledge of English language
- Good knowledge of using IT tools in particular Office (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.) and SharePoint for data analysis, reporting and presentation to management
- Knowledge of the SHEQ Integrated Management System and of the activities pertaining to the specific job held
- Five years of work experience
