Infrastructure Project Coordinator

**MISSION**

Coordinates the infrastructure project assigned and the relevant internal and external stakeholder involved, in terms of building/plants/facilities, achieving expected results on time, in full, at cost, according to all applicable standards, regulatory requirements and all the other guidelines and company procedures in order ensure the service level required and the efficiency and effectiveness of buildings and facilities, according to the leader above.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**

**1. GENERAL PLANT INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGEMENT**
- Coordinates the new building/plants/facilities projects, including the cleanroom construction / revamping, ensures the project outcomes are accurate and consistent according with the technical and legal specifications, requirements, economics, timing, targets and standards with a mínimal disruption to normal business actives.
- Evaluates and revises, the current state of the infrastructures, identifying areas for improvement and providing input to the leader above, in order to progressively and sustainably adapt the infrastructure level to all the applicable standards, regulatory requirements, guidelines and company procedures.
- Conducts technical assessment and audit evaluating the compliance of existing plants and facilities to company applicable standards and “good practices”, procedures and guidelines.
- Provides the accurate formalization and finalization of required documents, tools and protocols, guarantees robust implementation and execution, according with applicable technical/legal, standards requirements and procedures.

**2. PROJECT MANAGEMENT**
- Delivers the project assigned, monitors the project scheduling and cost progression, supervises the project involved team (HQ and local), leading the different phases such as feasibility, cost and budget estimation, design, tender, installation, test, commissioning validation and handover.
- Monitors the project progression, manages and solves the critical issues, implementing promptly the preventive and corrective actions approved, ensuring the achievement.

**3. REPORTING AND MONITORING**
- Monitors promptly performances and KPI’s for the relevant area, identifies improvement and critical areas, sets up contingency plans and provides the leader above with reports and inputs in order to foster sustainable growth, managing risk appropriately.

**4. BUDGET MANAGEMENT**
- Monitors properly the budget of the assigned projects, highlighting to the manager above eventual critical issues or specific requirements.

**5. SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT**
- Provides the responsible above and supply chain team with technical support and technical documents during the procurement processes as well as the contract definition and execution phases, evaluating suppliers/manufacturers technical analysis.

**6. RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT**
- Interacts and communicates regularly and effectively with the team and functions involved aimed at fostering the knowledge sharing approach and circulation of information across the organization.
- Collaborates effectively with all the functions that support process robustness and ability to provide feedback, evaluates the services received from external suppliers and technical providers, highlighting improvement areas to the leader above.

**Qualifications**
- Engineer, Technical Master Degree, or equivalent experience/exposure
- 3-5 years of experience in Infrastructure in a multinational company
- Legal and Standard Requirements and Specifications, such as OHSAS, ISO, cGMP
- Knowledge of HSE Management System: process, features, techniques
- Knowledge of Quality Management System: process, features techniques
