Azienda cliente specializzata a livello internazionale nei test, ispezioni e certificazioni, del settore Oil&Gas e dell’energia rinnovabile.
- Principali responsabilità- La figura avrà le seguenti responsabilità:_
- Assicurare adeguate informazioni di Project Control ai Rappresentanti della COMMITTENTE e del Cliente;
- Emettere procedure operative nell’ambito del Project Control;
- Assicurare un adeguato coordinamento tra le discipline di Project Control (Cost Control, Planning, Document Control);
- Assicurare un adeguato supporto per la gestione della Schedule Risk Analysis tramite il personale di Project Control;
- Assicurare adeguate informazioni al Rappresentante della COMMITTENTE su ogni aspetto di coordinamento interno della COMMITTENTE, del Cliente e sulle strategie di esecuzione del progetto;
- Preparare i Rapporti Settimanali e Mensili definiti dalla COMMITTENTE con il Cliente ed eventuali altri rapporti periodici necessari alla COMMITTENTE;
- Analizzare, come da istruzioni della COMMITTENTE, tutti gli aspetti dell’avanzamento fisico dei lavori, dei costi e lo stato dello Scopo del Lavoro, sia con le Interfacce interne alla COMMITTENTE (ingegneria, costruzione, ecc.) che con il Cliente;
- Assicurare tutte le adeguate informazioni al rappresentante della COMMITTENTE su tutte le deviazioni o potenziali deviazioni dello scopo del lavoro del progetto ed i relativi impatti sui Costi e Tempi del progetto ed identificare tutte le azioni correttive necessarie;
- Preparare la documentazione necessaria per eventuali presentazioni (slides, grafici, relazioni, ecc.) relative allo stato del progetto;
- Presenziare alle riunioni relative all'avanzamento lavori e notificare qualsiasi scostamento dai piani di progetto;
- Supportare la valutazione dei Change Orders, degli Extra Works, di eventuali Claims dei Sub-Contrattori, dei Fornitori e/o assicurativi;
- Preparare il piano incassi / esborsi di progetto (Cash-Flow).
- Principali caratteristiche richieste- La risorsa dovrà possedere i seguenti requisiti:_
- Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale;
- Esperienza pregressa di almeno 3 anni nel ruolo in aziende del settore Oil&Gas e rinnovabili;
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese fluente;
- Conoscenza del gestionale Primavera.
