- Gestisce le operazioni legate alle attività di incasso (pagamenti, acconti, resi, fatture, note di credito, bonifici per vendite a distanza, versamenti) e di piccola cassa attenendosi a disposizioni, procedure aziendali e alle normative locali.- Alimenta il database clienti e svolge attività di segreteria a supporto del negozio.**RESPONSABILITÀ**
- Esegue le procedure di apertura, verificando la disponibilità del contante in cassa e il funzionamento delle apparecchiature da utilizzare.
- Gestisce i pagamenti in denaro contante, valute, con carte di credito e assegni, controllandone la regolarità secondo le disposizioni e gli strumenti forniti (centax per assegni e verifica banconote).
- Emette le fatture di vendita nazionali, internazionali e tax free, il tutto secondo le normative locali.
- Gestisce gli acconti, i resi (il reso in genere è gestito dal venditore), l’emissione di buoni e note di credito ai clienti.
- Segue i pagamenti delle vendite per “corrispondenza” attraverso carte di credito e bonifico confrontandosi con le amministrazioni di riferimento con le opportune verifiche.
- Provvede alla chiusura di cassa giornaliera effettuando il controllo e la corrispondenza dell’incassato giornaliero.
- Provvede alla stampa degli azzeramenti e all’aggiornamento del libro corrispettivi.
- Dispone le distinte di versamenti e ove presente, la documentazione per il ritiro periodico, curandone la consegna e le relative ricevute.
- Aggiorna il database clienti aziendale.
- Gestisce l’utilizzo della piccola cassa attenendosi alle disposizioni aziendali sui limiti di spesa.
- Svolge attività di segreteria in supporto al negozio.
