Greentalent is a recruiter specialised in search and selection of professionals and managers in the Energy, Engineering and Environment market. On behalf of an innovative company providing large-scale energy storage systems, we are looking for a:
**Turbomachinery Specialist - Energy Storage**

Main responsibilities:

- Acting as a Program Manager, lead the development of a new turbomachinery concept in collaboration with external contributors;
- Lead cost reduction and technical standardization initiatives;
- Be the focal point for turbomachinery/rotating equipment and their packages during the entire project execution;
- As a key component of the Engineering Team, collaborate with all the disciplines involved (Process, Mechanical, Civil, E&I).

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Energy);
- 5+ years of experience in the field of rotating equipment through a position in Engineering or R&D, specific experience with turbomachinery equipment will be a real plus;
- Advanced knowledge of turbomachinery and their main components/auxiliaries like steam gas/turbines, centrifugal compressors, generators, bearings, gears, couplings, compressor and turbine seals, lube oil systems;
- Ability to perform and lead significant tasks within complex projects;
- Ability to lead small teams of internal and external specialists
- Knowledge of basic principles of metallurgy, motor, generator, pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, pumps cooler, filter, valve controls, instruments;
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings, rotodynamic and CFD report analysis;
- Good knowledge of standard ISO and API for turbines and compressors, including auxiliary systems;
- Good communication skills, verbal and written (including technical writing);
- Fluent English.
